Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your order, please email us with the reason for your return and include images if relevant. Refunds may be offered depending on the situation.

Please note:

• We do not accept partial returns.
• Returns cannot be made based on personal preference or style, as all bundles are wholesale mixes as described on our website.
• We do accept refunds for items that are faulty or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, which is expected with vintage pieces.

To place your return, please send an email using our contact form with your order number or send an email to hello@girlvintagewholesale.com with your order number & a reason for your return.

 

We must be notified of any returns within 14 days of your order being delivered. All items must be returned to us in the original condition that they were sent in within 28 days of receiving your order. 

 

The return shipping costs must be covered by you. Please ensure your item is sent tracked as we can not be held responsible for the loss or damage to goods whilst in return transit.

Refunds cover the cost of the item(s) only and not the original postage.

 

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days.

 

If for any reason we receive items back that were not included in your original order, we have the right to exclude these from your refund.

 

Sale/Clearance Items:

 

Please note, anything ordered from this section is non refundable. We recommend that descriptions are clearly read on all products before ordering so you know what to expect upon receipt of goods.

 

Bespoke Hand Picked Orders / Deadstock Orders:

 

For bespoke hand picking (including deadstock), items are chosen at your own discretion and we are therefore unable to accept returns on these items from our warehouse once they have left our building. 

 

For video hand picking, we always try our best to let you know if an item is faulty, however if for any reason this is missed, we are happy to accept the item back for an exchange, refund or store credit.

 

When booking a video hand pick session with us, a £10 upfront deposit is payable to secure your booking. If you need to cancel your appointment, we must be notified with at least 2 days notice prior to your appointment. Any cancellations made after this time will be non-refundable.
