Unfortunately, we no longer offer handpicks due to the high volume of requests we were receiving. If you would like to select specific items, you can purchase a bundle and then email us with your request. However, please bear in mind that we are wholesalers who purchase our stock in mixed lots, and we aim to distribute our stock fairly among all our customers.

Our returns policy is designed to keep our customers happy while being fair to all. We accept returns if you believe the stock is not up to A-grade quality. However, we cannot accept returns simply because the items are not to your personal style or because the concept of a wholesale mix is misunderstood. As wholesalers, we supply a mix of items and do our best to distribute styles and quantities fairly across all orders. If your reason for return falls outside our policy, we will aim to resolve the issue with free replacement items, but a full refund will not be possible.

We aim to post all website orders within 1-2 working days. During exceptionally busy periods it may take up to 5 days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The cost is based on the weight of your package and your location.

UK Customers have to pay VAT on their order, this is added at checkout.

We do our very best for international orders to make sure you will not be charged any import duties. If you do have to pay anything, it will be a very small amount.
